Everyone loves buffalo chicken, at least I hope they do! This is perfect to take or make for gatherings, meal prep for a snack or lunch, or serve warm for dinner with vegetables or on a baked potato! Only 4 ingredients, you can’t go wrong!
2-3 chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 3 to 4 Tbsp)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce (adjust to your level of spice)
1/3 to 1/2 cup Fage Total 0 Plain yogurt (Any plain non fat yogurt that’s 0sp is great, i add more or less based on how creamy I want it!)
Cook chicken with ranch powder and buffalo sauce in a crockpot on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours, until chicken shreds easily.
Shred chicken completely and add in fage yogurt and any extra ranch or buffalo sauce if you need it!
Great warm or cold, as a dip or a main dish!
