All credit for this amazing tilapia recipe goes to my boyfriend, Morgan (and yes, he made me write that!). Its such a quick and easy meal we always make it on a busy weeknight when we want something amazing with little effort! Also, it pairs great with wine 😉


  • 4 tilapia fillets (or 1 per person)

  • Blackened seasoning

  • Salt

  • Lemon wedges


  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Lightly spray your tilapia on both sides with olive oil spray, sprinkle with salt and blackened seasoning (go heavy on this, trust me it’s amazing!).

  3. Bake for 12 minutes and serve with a lemon wedge!

Great with green beans and roasted potatoes!
