This buffalo chicken pasta is by far one of my post popular recipes, and for good reason! The perfect comfort food to keep you on plan and make your whole family happy! Great crock-pot recipe but also easily thrown together if you have precooked chicken ready to go!

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 packet or 2 to 3 Tbsp ranch seasoning

  • 1/2 cup franks buffalo sauce

  • 2 cups (dry) favorite pasta (I used barilla protein plus!)

  • 6 laughing cow cheese wedges

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch powder and salt and pepper to slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours until chicken is done and falling apart.

  2. Boil noodles and while they’re cooking shred the chicken.

  3. Add in your cooked and drained pasta noodles as well as your laughing cow cheese wedges.

  4. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to melt all of the cheese. Enjoy!
