Chili Lime Chicken

This is hands down some of the best chicken I've ever made! I am loving this new cast iron grill pan (linked below) and this seasoning combo is to die for! Do not be afraid to add lots of each seasoning, you want these packed with flavor! The video is linked below if you want to see exactly how I meal prepped these for a week of lunches!

INGREDIENTS

  • -Thin Sliced Chicken Breast (I used a pack of 5)

  • -Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning

  • -Fajita Seasoning (Fiesta Brand or McCormick Packet, or a blend of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper)

  • -Cast Iron Skillet is great here but any pan is fine!

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat your skillet to medium heat and while its heating generously season one side of your chicken.

2. Once pan is hot, spray with olive oil spray then lay your chicken season side down in the pan.

3. Season the top side as the chicken cooks and let it cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side.

4. Make sure you cook your chicken completely through by cutting it open or using a meat thermometer.

This chicken goes great with my Mild Spanish Cauli-Rice!
