2 to 3 chicken breasts (raw or frozen is fine, just add 1-2 hours for frozen)
1 to 2 packets of Zesty Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 block cream cheese (I used reduced fat)
Slider buns (I used Kaiser buns but wish I used the Hawaiian ones or something softer!)
1. Place chicken breasts in crock pot, add in broth and top with zesty Italian mix, cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken shreds easily.
2. Once chicken is done, shred it in the crock pot and add in your ½ block of cream cheese in small chunks and stir until melted and completely combined.
3. You can toast your slider buns in the oven if you’d like and then top with your Italian chicken mixture! Serve warm and enjoy!
