Easy Ravioli Lasagna


Yields 6 servings - 561 calories each

This is definitely a new favorite in our house! I have made a crock-pot version of this but I think this baked version takes the cake! Packed with flavor, simple to throw together, and so much cheesy goodness! This recipe is only 5 ingredients, budget friendly and sure to make your family happy!


INGREDIENTS

  • Frozen Cheese Ravioli (19oz bag)

  • 1lb Ground Beef or Turkey

  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach

  • 1 24oz Jar of Marinara Sauce

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese- Shredded

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and desired seasoning.

  3. Add a thin layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of a greased or non stick baking dish

  4. Next add a handful of fresh spinach in an even layer

  5. Top the spinach with half the bag of frozen ravioli in one single layer

  6. Add ground beef, then sauce then 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  7. Repeat these layers one more time and top with remaining mozzarella cheese

  8. Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until ravioli is cooked through and cheese is melted on top.
