Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza

Flat bread pizza with marinara, pepperoni, spinach and mozzarella!
504 cals for the whole pizza!

This simple personal pizza is simple to throw together and you can add any toppings you like! I am loving the Josephs brand Lavash Breads lately after finding them at Walmart and this pizza did not disappoint! The bread is not perfectly crisp after cooked so it can be a bit messy to eat buts its definitely worth it!


  • 1 Joseph's Lavash Flat Bread

  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce

  • 1 serving Turkey Pepperonis

  • Handful of spinach, chopped

  • 2 Servings Mozzarella cheese

  • Dried basil & oregano to top!


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Place lavash on a sheet pan and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until the edges start to brown and get crispy

  3. After you take the flatbread out of the oven top with marinara and desired toppings, sprinkle the top with basil and oregano

  4. Bake pizza for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted, enjoy!

Yields one pizza at 504 cals!
