LAZY LASAGNA

Yields 4 servings at 423 calories.

While this isn’t the lowest point meal around, it is absolutely worth every point! Super easy crock pot meal that the entire family will love! Why layer a lasagna when you can easily dump these ingredients in and walk away!


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli

  • 1lb ground turkey (I used 93% for this one, use 99% to lower points)

  • 2 cups fresh Spinach

  • 1 jar of your favorite red pasta sauce (My Zero Point Marinara is great too!)

  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese


DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by cooking your ground turkey in a skillet on medium heat, add desired seasonings, I like salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb!

  2. Next begin layering your lazy lasagna starting with your pasta sauce on bottom, then your frozen ravioli, ground turkey, spinach, followed by more sauce.

  3. Repeat until you’re out of ingredients (I think mine made 3 layers) and finish with pasta sauce on top.

  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours then top with mozzarella cheese and cover until cheese is melted. ENJOY!
