PB & CHOCOLATE OAT MUFFINS



These muffin cups were born from just what I had laying around the house! They turned out amazing and they are so quick and easy, they will definitely be a new breakfast staple for me!




INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas (extra ripe is best!)

  • 2 Cups oats (I used quick oats but old fashion or steel cut will work!)

  • 1 Cup milk (I used unsweetened original almond milk)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter you have)

  • 1 Tbsp Honey (you can use a tsp of vanilla or any sweetener)

  • 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Mash your bananas well in a large bowl

  3. Add in all of your ingredients and mix until well combined

  4. Divide evenly into 12 muffin cups (spray with non stick oil first)

  5. Bake at 375F for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown and firm in the middle!
