Air Fryer Glazed Salmon

Salmon has quickly become a favorite in our house! After avoiding it basically my whole life, we started making this glaze and we've now added salmon to our weekly meal plan! This is by far my favorite way to eat salmon currently and I hope you give it a try, especially if you're on the fence with salmon like I was!


  • Two (2) 6oz fresh Salmon Filets

For the glaze:

  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tsbp Honey

  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar


  1. Preheat air fryer to 360 F and make a foil "boat" by folding up the edges of the foil on all sides so that the sauce wont drip into your air fryer.

  2. Spray the foil boat with non stick spray and lay both salmon filets into the boat

  3. Mix glaze and pour half over the salmon

  4. Air-Fry for 6 minutes then pour over the rest of the glaze

  5. Cook for 6 more minutes until salmon is cooked through and golden brown on top.

  6. Enjoy!

We serve with zucchini & fried rice, yum!!
