INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup Fage Total 0 plain yogurt
1/3 cup Fat Free Refried Beans
2 Tbsp Tostitos Queso
Fat Free Kraft Cheese (Optional)
Fajita Chicken or grilled chicken or taco meat (I buy pre-cooked but you can make your own!)
Lettuce, tomato, taco bell sauce and other favorite Tex-Mex toppings!
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Start by making your 2 ingredient dough (add a little garlic powder and a pinch of salt if you want to get fancy).
3. Roll it out into one personal size pizza crust and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown on the edges and not dough-y in the middle.
4. Pull the pizza crust out of the oven and top with refried beans first, a thin layer of tostitos queso,chicken (or taco meat), and shredded cheese if you’re using it.
5. Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until everything is hot and bubbly.
6. Before serving add shredded lettuce and tomato and any other toppings you love, enjoy!
