CHEESY STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

You can’t go wrong with cheesy stuffed chicken breast! Get creative and add your own favorite flavors to this quick and easy date night or week night meal! Me and my boyfriend made this for a cooking for two video and he loved it! WW friendly and delicious!


INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Chicken Breasts (or one per person!)

  • 5 Tbsp Alouette Reduced Fat Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese

  • Handful of spinach, chopped

  • 1-2 Tbsp’s Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Garlic Pepper (or favorite chicken seasoning)


DIRECTIONS


  1. Mix cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes together until well combined.

  2. Make a pocket in your chicken breast along the long side, making sure not to cut it all the way through. 

  3. Add 2-3 Tbsps of the cheese filling into your chicken breast,

  4. top chicken breast with garlic pepper seasoning (or seasoning of choice), salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place on a greased baking pan covered with foil and bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until completely cooked through!
