CHEESY ZUCCHINI SKILLET

Yields 4 servings at 87 calories.

This is definitely my favorite side dish recently! You can’t be cheesy- anything and zucchini is definitely the way to stay on plan and enjoy it too! The best part is it doesn’t even taste like vegetables, my favorite!!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 zucchini (sliced, i do half moon shapes)

  • 8oz sliced baby bella mushrooms

  • 4 Tbsp Alouette Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread (pictured below)

  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Sundried tomatoes (mine are not in oil so 0sp)


DIRECTIONS


1. Heat your skillet to medium heat and sauté the zucchini and mushroom in a skillet with salt, pepper, & garlic seasonings of choice until  tender.

2. Stir in some sundried tomatoes and the Alouette spreadable cheese until melty and delicious!
