If you follow my Instagram (@Im_LouiseLane) you know that zucchini, Alouette cheese, and Tyson blackened tenders are a weekly staple for me! I love these ingredients combined and i love pasta, so this baby was born! So filling, delicious, and EASY! I make this bowl for one but if you’re making for a family I would use the tub of Alouette instead of unwrapping all of the little squares, lol!
INGREDIENTS
1 Serving Whole wheat pasta
1/2 zucchini, sliced in half moon shapes (my favorite zucchini shape lol!)
1 Tbsp Sundried tomatoes (not in oil is best for ww, I get mine from Trader Joes)
Alouette cheese squares (If you cant find the individual squares the little tubs are equally perfect! Use what you can find!)
Tyson blackened tenders or any cooked chicken
DIRECTIONS
While boiling your pasta add your zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes into a skillet and cook on medium heat until tender, I seasoned mine with Garlic Ranch seasoning blend by McCormick. While the zucchini is cooking though cook your tenders in the microwave or air fryer, I do mine in the air fryer for 8 to 9 minutes at 360 degrees and shake the basket half way through. Once the pasta is done drain it and add it back into the pot, add in the alouette cheese squares (I used 2 for 3sp), then your zucchini and tomatoes and mix together until cheese is melted completely. Top with chicken and enjoy!
