GREEN CHICKEN CHILI

Yields 11 cups at 233 calories per cup.

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 3 cans great northern beans

  • 2 cans green Chile’s

  • 1 jar salsa verde

  • 1 can rotel

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1Tbsp each garlic powder, onion powder, cumin

  • Salt and pepper to taste 


DIRECTIONS


  1. Add everything to crock pot, no need to drain!

  2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the chicken shreds easily.

  3. Shred chicken breast and put back in the chili and stir.

  4. If you want to drain your beans just add more chicken broth!
