SIMPLE CHICKEN GYROS

Each pita with sauce is 198 calories.

These chicken gyros are so simple its crazy! Probably one of my favorite lunch meal preps ever because the Tzatziki sauce is so good! Try it with ranch if you’re not a fan but its definitely worth a try!


INGREDIENTS


•Joseph’s brand Pita: 1sp (found at Walmart)

•Chicken tenders seasoned with ranch powder: 0sp

•Cedar brand Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce 2Tbsp for 1sp (found at HEB or Walmart)

•lettuce and tomato: 0sp


DIRECTIONS

1. Start by baking chicken tenders at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until fully cooked through. I sprinkle mine with ranch powder, salt and pepper!

2. Add 2 chicken tenders (or 3oz) of chicken then top with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce! I’m hoping to add more homemade sauce recipes soon but for now I love the Cedars brand Tzatziki at Walmart!

3. Package ingredients separately if you’re meal prepping to ensure freshness and no soggy pita!
