Yields 4 servings of 2 tacos, 357 calories for plate pictured.

Soft chicken tacos are something I’ve made since I had my first apartment in college! Such a fast and easy recipe that tastes amazing! Easily made low WW points by using a 1 point tortilla and adding plenty of toppings like lettuce, tomato and salsa! A little queso finishes these off to make the perfect on-plan treat meal!


  • 1sp tortillas of choice

  • 2 or 3 Chicken breasts, diced into bite sized pieces

  • 1 packet mccormick chicken taco seasoning

  • Tostitos queso

  • Lettuce, tomato, salsa and other taco toppings of choice! (I love Taco Bell sauce!)


  1. Cook chicken breast on medium heat skillet with salt and pepper

  2. Once completely cooked turn off eat and add in seasoning packet and a little bit of water

  3. Stir until chicken is evenly coated.

  4. Warm your tortillas in the oven on 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Assemble your tacos and enjoy!

Points calculated per 1 taco with 3oz of chicken and 1 Tbsp queso ! (Mine came to 178 calories per taco!)
