Southwest chicken pitas are the perfect meal prepped lunch that tastes great all week! They have a little kick to them with the chipotle sauce but easily adaptable to your own tastes!


  • Chicken tenders

  • Chile lime seasoning (or blackened or Cajun!)

  • Joseph’s pitas (1sp but a tortilla works too)

  • Lettuce, tomato, toppings of choice

  • Chipotle sauce or chipotle ranch (i used hidden valley brand, this is 4sp for 2 Tbsp)


  1. Sprinkle chicken tenders with Trader Joe’s Chile Lime seasoning and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until completely cooked through. Blackened seasoning would also work for this recipe!

  2. Add chicken onto a Joseph’s pita with lettuce tomato and a chipotle sauce! (Hopefully homemade recipe coming soon, but I used Hidden Valley brand Chipotle Ranch- high in smart points but easy to pair with this low point pita!)

  3. For meal prep keep ingredients separate and assemble the pita at work so it stays fresh and not soggy!
