CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE MUFFINS

Yields 6 servings of 2 muffins at 165 cals.

INGREDIENTS


  • 6 servings pancake mix (make sure its the kind that says “just add water”, I use my store brand)

  • Water (according to package instructions)

  • 3 serving Lily’s chocolate chips (or frozen berries, cooked turkey sausage, there’s so many options!)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix up pancake batter according to package instructions

  2. Mix in 3/4 of your Lily’s chocolate chips, and add to a greased muffin pan

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes
