Yields 6 mini rolls at 96 calories each.
These cinnamon rolls are made from 2 ingredient dough and they are SO DELICIOUS! This was mainly an experiment but it turned out great on the first try! Perfect for a weekend breakfast on WW to satisfy that sweet tooth and stay on plan!
INGREDIENTS
*Double this if you want more than 6 mini rolls*
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup Fage Total 0 Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Stevia
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
Oil spray or butter spray
ICING
2 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
Water
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together the flour, yogurt, and stevia until it forms a dough then roll out on your counter to less than 1cm thick.
2. Sprinkle on cinnamon and cinnamon sugar seasoning evenly.
3. Cut dough ins=to strips using a pizza cutter.
4. Roll strips up and place in a greased baking dish then spray with butter or oil and add a little more cinnamon to the top.
5. Bake at 350 to 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
For icing:
1. Mix sugar substitute (must be confectioners or powdered sugar substitute) with a tiny bit of water, adding slowly until your desired consistency is reached.
2. Pour over cinnamon rolls after they come out of the oven and are still warm.
