Yields 12 muffins at 124 calories each.
The thing I love about WW most is that you don’t have to give up food you love! For me, thats breakfast muffins. It’s always been a favorite of mine but they can be hard to fit into my day especially when the pre-made options are pushing 400+ calories a piece. For this recipe I just adapted it to be WW friendly but still delicious, sweet and filling!
INGREDIENTS
1 box Kodiak brand muffin mix (I love the blueberry but any of their flavors will work!)
2 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 Cup Fage Total 0 Plain Yogurt (OR Unsweetened apple sauce)
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine entire box mix with the rest of the ingredients and add into a muffin tin making 12 muffins total.
2. Bake at 375 for about 13 minutes.
You can add frozen blueberries too if you want!
